  • Is there a guarantee with Anelli rings?

    Yes! There is a one year manufacturer’s warranty with all rings. Accidental damage and general wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

  • How long are the appointments?

    Appointments can take anything from 20 minutes to 2 hours.

  • What happens if I don’t know the correct size?

    We strongly recommend that you know the ring size prior to ordering. Most rings can be sized, but there are some that can’t. Please email jessica.reilly@anelli-ltd.com for more information.

  • What if I take my ring to another jeweller to be resized?

    Any work undertaken by another jeweller will void the manufacturer’s warranty with Anelli.

  • How do I look after my rings?

    Leave your rings in a safe place when doing a highly strenuous activity – this includes going to the gym! Any activity that requires a lot of dirt please make sure you clean rings afterwards. Dirt can increase the chances of the diamonds getting damaged or lost.

  • How do I clean my diamonds?

    Get a soft bristle toothbrush, gentle washing up liquid and warm water. Check the setting and the claws are secure, then gently scrub around the diamonds and the setting. Although this will not polish the metal, it will get rid of the dirt.

  • Are you diamonds conflict free?
